HDTVs the destroyer of Worlds

HDTvs are all the hype these days with their crystal clear images and vibrant colours, while boasting magnificent resolutions, 1080p, 1920p. No more interlacing with the refresh rate, its all progressive scan now. Each pixel being illuminated by light and electricity behind the screen. That is a major reason why HDTVs will ruin the world. There is always a trade off between having the best and having the worst. With having the best, the HDTVs, it costs more to buy and they consume A LOT of power, WATTS baby. In return though you will have amazing, realistic video on the screen. Clear, crisp images so real that you actually think you are there wherever the place is your watching. The trade off could be a major problem for many, and not so much of a problem for others. What people do not know is that the cons of HDTVs go much deeper than the electricity bill. What manufacturers will not tell their customers is that HDTVs are made with a chemical that adds to the effect of Global warming, a chemical much worse than Carbon Dioxide. Sure there are those that say global warming does not exist but its obvious that those people are ignorant or are being paid by the oil companies. The chemical, Nitrogen Trifluoride an inorganic compound that is much worse than carbon dioxide. How much worse? This articlewill tell you. This blog will tell you anyways, it traps emissions 172 times better than carbon dioxide in a year. Unfortunately the Kyoto protocol does not cover this gas as when it was signed back then in 1997 and HDTVs were almost non existent to the general consumer back then. Now they are all the rage, and as the demand increases, manufacturers will continue to build these televisions with the gas. If they do not try to change their production technique, well then HDTVs will almost effectively become the destroyer of our world.
